HOUSE BILL NO. 523 An Act expressing the state's policy with                   
respect to sobriety was read the second time.                                  
                                                                               
Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be             
advanced to third reading and placed on final passage.  Without                
objection, it was so ordered.                                                  
                                                                               
HOUSE BILL NO. 523 was read the third time.                                    
                                                                               
The question being: Shall HOUSE BILL NO. 523 An Act                            
expressing the state's policy with respect to sobriety pass the
